This app contains professional guidance for the correct repair and maintenance of a wide variety of makes and models of gym equipment including all of the most popular brands including Life Fitness, Technogym, Matrix, Precor, Star Trac, Concept 2, Nautilus, Hammer Strength, Watson, Gym 80, Stairmaster, Keiser, Milon, Sole, Spirit, Wattbike, Nordictrack, Proform and Reebok... and more.

It covers a broad range of equipment that can be found in most commercial or residential gyms including treadmills, walking machines, joggers, cross trainers, ellipticals, steppers, stair climbers, versa climbers, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, spin bikes, studio bikes, watt bikes, air bikes, air rowers, water rowers, magnetic rowers, strength machines, resistance machines, free weights, functional equipment, trampolines and sports hall equipment... and more.

The app has details for how to approach root cause diagnosis of the most commonly occurring faults. There are step by step guides for what to check for a range of different symptoms, and detailed procedures for servicing and maintaining equipment in line with manufacturers specifications.

The app is designed to accompany the Level 1, 2 and 3 gym maintenance training courses offered by the author, and contains detailed videos and instructions for how fitness machines work so that problems can be professionally diagnosed and resolved. It is recommended that users complete Level 1, 2 or 3 training although this is not a pre-requisite to accessing and using the app.

There are links to an online version of the Level 1,2 and 3 training course which is available at extra cost and in not included in the standard subscription for this app. This course can also be delivered in-person by contacting the author.

The app can be used by anyone wishing to find out how to correctly repair and maintain gym equipment. This includes residential DIY users with an adhoc interest in one or two machines, to PT staff wishing to undertake basic checks and adjustments in their gym, to professional gym technicians who perform installations, servicing and repairs on a commercial basis.
